What forms of payment do you accept?
Our online store accepts credit and debit card payments via our payment gateway, Paypal. For more information about your security when shopping online with us, please view the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy at PayPal. For bespoke cakes + dessert tables + party bookings, we accept bank transfer or you may come into our store to make cash/card payment.

Do I need to open an account to order?
You do not need to open an account to place an order. Simply check out as ‘guest’. It is advisable to open an account, however, as it makes tracking your order easier. Future orders are also more streamlined with an account.

How much advance notice do you need for cakes? 
For bespoke cakes, cupcakes and other desserts we require a minimum of 10 days notice. For our signature cakes/cupcakes and gold series cakes, we require a minimum of 3 days notice.

How much advance notice do you need for dessert tables?
Ideally we prefer a minimum of 1-2 months notice or more. 

Is it possible to cancel my cake and dessert orders?
The lead time for cake orders is a minimum of 10 days. Once the order is confirmed with payment, cancellation is non refundable unless collection date is 30 days or more. 

Is it possible to cancel my dessert table booking?
The lead time for dessert table bookings is approximately 1-2 months or more. Once a deposit has been made to confirm the booking, cancellation will mean forfeit of the deposit. Date change of the booking is allowed but subject to our availability. 

Do you deliver cakes and desserts?
Yes. The charge is $15.00 Island wide for orders placed online/via the website. Delivery charges differ for orders placed via email or in-store.

How do I order customised cakes and cupcakes?
Please send an email to us at so that we can discuss your customised creation in further detail. 

There's a problem with my order. What should I do? 
Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will do our best to assist you.

The only occasion where we will supply your delivery address to a third party, is to facilitate delivery of your orders.
